The coach

He understands where I am right now.

Because Imran has been the man with a career, a family, and a body that quietly stopped cooperating. He coaches him every week.

The story

Ten years coaching. One long lesson.

Over ten years in Toronto gyms, coaching hundreds of clients and leading teams as a Fitness Director. He knows what works in a gym.

Then a business, a child and the years stacked up, and his own training slipped. The weight came the way it does for most men: slowly, then all at once.

Getting it back taught him more than any certification. Two or three sessions a week, protein first, sleep and steps tracked, a plan that bends around school runs and 6 a.m. flights. It worked better than anything he did with all the time in the world.

FITWITHIM is that system, written down and coached.

Being a father

Why strength matters more after 35.

Fatherhood changed what training was for. Not how he looked; the thirty years ahead. Carrying kids up stairs, keeping up on a bike ride, being the dad who plays.

From your mid-30s you lose muscle every year you don’t train it, and with it the metabolism, bone density and the strength that protects your back and knees. Strength training is the highest-leverage thing a man over 35 can do for his health.

What he believes

How he coaches.

Strength is the foundation after 35

Muscle is the organ of longevity. Every plan starts with a strength block.

Nutrition without a diet

Protein first, portions you understand, nothing banned. A playbook for the nights that decide the year.

Habits before heroics

A decent week repeated fifty times beats a perfect week you manage twice.

Data over feelings

Lifts, bodyweight, waist, steps and sleep, logged in a minute a day.

Why FITWITHIM exists

Built for men 35–50.

For the man who used to train, got busy, gained weight and wants structure again. Six steps, every week.
